Hey everyone! I'm back from a small hiatus. I finished my semester of school & kind of chilled out the last week. I've also been feeling a little unmotivated to get up here and blog. Everyday I say "I'll write up something today" but it never goes through. I've been on my regular schedule you know: wake up at 4:15am for the gym, work, come home, take a nap, then cook dinner. It's been nice just laying around the house and not having something to do. Fitness Friday will be back this week as the last few weeks I was busy with school and was never able to get something up. I've planned a little better this week so it'll be all good.
This weekend the boy & I will be heading down to San Antonio to spend the long weekend with family and going tubing down the river. I cannot wait! It's my favorite time of year! This weekend is like the jump from spring into summer and then it means my birthday is coming up! YAY! :)
As far as fitness and health goes, this is the last week of my six week challenge and I could not be anymore satisfied with my results thus far. I have lost inches in my waist, gone down a dress size and pant size, and have greatly improved my eating habits. I don't think they were all that bad before but I've cleaned it up so much more. I haven't made any new recipes because my food has been pretty consistent in the past 6 weeks. I eat the same thing every single day. I keep it consistent because that's what works for me. I'll post what I've been eating and drinking in Friday's post :)
